Each week we present a menu consisting of one healthy home cooked meal for each day of the week. While not strictly Keto our aim is keep these meals low in complex carbs, sugar free, and with a protein element.
Made fresh every day these dishes are perfect for lunch or dinner, order for one day or all five! We offer a free delivery service to business located in the Tauranga ( up to 15th Ave) or Mount CBD areas.
Cut off for same day order is 8am.

Monday - Chicken Enchilada Bowl
Shredded Chicken with our house made ( sugar free) enchilada sauce, on cauliflower rice with smashed avo and fresh tomato & jalapeno salsa.
Lamb kofte with greek salad ( tomatoes, capsicum, cucumber, red onion, feta, olives, baby spinach) beetroot hummus and zatziki.
Grilled salmon sushi salad
Grilled salmon with sliced fresh vegies, cauliflower and quinoa rice, pickled ginger and miso dressing
Dukkah crusted lamb back-straps with our Dr orders salad ( broccoli, peas, beans, baby spinach with our house made herb and Avo sauce) and smoked cannellini bean puree
Crumbed Chicken Caesar-
Free range chicken schnitzel ( crumbed in a gluten free crumb) on a crunchy cos based with crispy bacon, soft boiled egg, parmesan cheese and our house made caesar dressing.
