Dinner includes 1 meal per day for the selected number of days. Our meals are prepared fresh daily. Nutrition and calorie intake are appropriately and in line with your individual fitness goals.  Nutritional information and use by dates are provided with each meal.  

Small meals - 400-500 cals

Medium meals -  500-600 cals

Large meals - 600-700 cals


*Vegetarian/vegan/GF options available for each meal

*Please advise of any other allergens/dietary requirements when placing orders


PICK UP will be available from your gym 6 days per week
